The room was nice and the staff were very helpful but some stuff in the room was not cleaned like the bathroom we found a couple hairs from other guests and there were food crumbs on one of the beds when we got in other than that, it was a comfortable stay and we were able to sleep and enjoy our trip

We stayed here for one evening, so we were looking for something on the cheaper side. We were surprised to find the rooms were very nice and updated, but both of the rooms ceilings looked like there was water damage and there was a musky scent to the room as well. We also used the pool which was clean, but there were at least 20 people there that I don't think all of them were actually staying there. We kind of got ran out by the kids. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we enjoyed the free breakfast and friendly staff!

The room was clean. The staff was fantastic. My husband was having a difficult time walking. The manager's(I think) husband was so kind and helped me get him to the room. Breakfast was also good. They checked me in and then I had Uber take me to get my car about 20 minutes away. We could unload our luggage quickly. Very helpful. We also like the location because it is so close to the cruise port. Very convenient.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We get into our room after arrival and leave our luggage to go eat and run errands. We get back and start unpacking our luggage. My wife is in the bathroom area and she killed 8 very small roaches in a matter of a few minutes. We knew this was a huge issue because of amount in short period and they were so small. We went to the front desk clerk and she was very apologetic and allowed us to inspect another room for us to move, but on different side of property. We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights, so we were only given a refund for our second night and that's reason we stayed the first night. We did not go for the free breakfast because we didn't know how clean their kitchen was. We did advise the clerk that they needed a serious fumigation and thorough cleaning of their entire facility with all those baby roaches, there is an infestation roach problem in their hotel. We stayed in a different hotel the next night that was super clean and they also allowed to check in early with no extra charge. We needed some rest.

Mold in rooms, we had to move from one, was too tired to keep moving, beds are nice, but the rooms are poorly arranged, they messed up our reservation, we reserved a downstairs room, and they did not save it, even though the room number was on the reservation. There was hair on the shower wall, in the refrigerator, and other places.

At first, when we walked in, we thought we were actually getting a Days Inn by Wyndham Resorts. To our dismay, we walked into a Super 8 Motel. Then we realized that we were on the second floor with no elevators available. When we got into our room, the AC was noisy, and there was a few dead crickets on the floor. There was mold buildup in the bathroom at the top of the shower. When we got settled in, we realized both of our beds had really big, heavy yellow stains on the comforter, the sheets, and stains on the pillows. We slept on the mattress, protector, and blankets we brought for the baby. One of the good things that was good about it was the breakfast and some of the daytime staff. I don’t like that we felt misinformed about the hotel/motel we stayed at.

Was woke up at 8 in the morning asking to come in because it showed we had checked out already which clearly was not the case, Restroom did not shut properly, Said no pets yet there was a dog on the property.
