I had to call the front desk to send the engineer twice due to my own issues with the shower and air conditioner lol and the engineer was professional and so pleasant each time. The original room we had was reeking cigarette smoke and the bathroom faucet was broken. Also, housekeeping missed our room twice. But we were offered a different and better room and housekeeping finally came to our room on the last night. If not for the helpfulness of front desks Christian and Donald, hot breakfast every day with good variety, pool and 24/7 gun included, it would have been a terrible overall stay.
