“L’endroit est magnifique et le vin est bon. Mais on a eu le droit à un accueil glacial. On avait l’impression de déranger. Pour le dîner on a pris l’option cinq plats cinq vins. Les étaient tous très bons, la nourriture pas du tout à la hauteur. C’était notre 7e hôtel en Bulgarie et notre première déception. ”

“Hotel admin forced us to pay additional fee stating that the price on the Expedia was wrong. Part of the pool was closed. The other part is offered for additional fee. The room bathroom was overflowed with water from the shower. There is not air-conditioner in the room.”
