The hotel is a nice place, the rooms are as described, clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly.
Could be a good idea to provide some soap in the bathroom.
Disorganized: we were asked what time we would like to have breakfast; due to our early departure we ordered breakfast for 6.30. But when we appeared at the restaurant at 6.45, nothing was prepared and no one was aware about our breakfast. The cook came shortly and we got quite a good breakfast (although without eggs which finished) about 5 minutes before we had to leave.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Early in the afternoon, when we arrived at the hotel they had not received any information about the booking from Expedia. So the air conditioning had not been turned on in the 3 rooms we rented and the rooms were extremely warm. We closed the door to the bathroom and turned the A/C to it's lowest setting and highest speed hoping it would cool it down before it was time to go to bed. We did not have much faith in the A/C unit so we stopped and bought a portable fan for our room. It had cooled down some when we returned that evening but we were still sweating in the bedroom and the bathroom was a like a sauna. Lying naked on the bed with our new fan blowing on us we were finally able to go to sleep. By the next evening, the A/C finally caught up and it was comfortable in our bedroom. The rooms were very clean, and the towels a little old and dingy. We got prompt service from the staff when we told them 2 out of the 3 lightbulbs were out in the bedroom ceiling light. An okay hot breakfast was served.
Correspondeu parcialmente às minhas expectativas, apenas senti falta de uma limpeza mais bem feita, além do hotel estar um pouco afastado do centro da cidade.
Highly recommended. Food very good, adequate bar. Neat, tidy, peaceful and a well looked-after place run by superb staff who were helpful, attentive but not obtrusive.
Would suggest kettles with tea, coffee etc. and water in the rooms though on request, tea and coffee was brought in each morning but this is clearly not the usual.
Apart from this there was nothing to complain about at all.
If I visit Tete again, I will not look anywhere else to stay.
