Lovely pub, restaurant and hotel.

A really nice, charming hotel in the centre of the charming and historical town of Tetbury. Great breakfast in the morning, nice bars (in house) for later in the evening.

We had a great stay in Tetbury. The hotel is well-positioned and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good as was the other food we ate. The bedroom was comfortable and clean.

Lovely spot

Comfortable option in a central location with a wonderful cafe and restaurant open when everything else is shut! Would stay again. No elevator if you have mobility issues.

12 hour flying visit to Tetbury: the name Snooty Fox caught my attention and sense of humour. It did not disappoint and was good value for money. The room itself was a little tired but the bed good, and the staff were friendly. I would happily return. Many thanks.

The pictures say it all

Dirty wardrobe cupboards and tatty room finish, with flakey paint and paint coming off painted tiles in the bathroom. But a very comfy bed. Excellent restaurant staff. Possibly the worst risotto we have ever tasted, so mushy it was like baby food.

We loved the central location of the hotel within Tetbury and were able to get to where we wanted to go by walking from the hotel. The hotel room was very small, but we managed admirably. My husband was unwell one day and the hotel staff were wonderful, bringing us lemon and honey tea and iced-water, which helped enormously. It would have been good though to have a vegetarian afternoon tea available without pre-booking. The cakes had gelatine in them (why?!), so we declined to order, as we didn't have the days available to wait before we left.

The staff here were lovely and very helpful. The room was extremely hot and without air conditioning so wasn’t the best nights sleep because if that. Breakfast was nice but overpriced. Lack of chairs outside fir the amount of people wanting to sit outside. It was centrally located which was good but very noisy after midnight.

Stayed for one night for a family party in Tetbury. The room was spacious with a day lounge area and stairs up to the bed. The bed was not very comfortable and the cold tap on the bathroom sink did not work at all. We had a shower over the bath but there were no grab handles installed. Being older my hubby had to call me to help him out after his shower and the bath was quite slippery. Seemingly you can ask for a rubber mat at reception, but at 7am not something I would want to do.
