Vacations Close To Tessa's Pool

We stay at the Flamingo every time we visit Las Vegas, but unfortunately, after this experience, this will probably be our last stay. From the moment we checked in, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted us at check-in was somewhat rude, and despite us providing our phone numbers and email addresses, our information was entered incorrectly into the system. As a result, we were unable to access the hotel Wi-Fi for almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk for assistance, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. Eventually, another staff member was able to identify that the names associated with both of our rooms had been entered incorrectly, which was preventing us from getting access. Trying to request any type of service was equally frustrating. The service phone system is completely automated, and our requests were either not fulfilled at all or took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. It made something as simple as getting assistance from the hotel unnecessarily difficult. Ironically, the only thing that worked relatively quickly was chech-out although even then, we had to switch machines because the first kiosk couldn’t scan my ID. We have chosen the Flamingo repeatedly over the years because we enjoyed staying here and appreciated the location. That history is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, the level of service during this stay was far below what we have experienced in the past…
