The inside of the hotel and the room I stayed in were very clean. The breakfast was presented well. This is a good place to stay. The only downfall is the area it is in.

Our room was an updated one and was clean, but you could tell that either corners were cut in the upgrades or some of it was shoddy work. Walls and ceiling around the shower looked “stained” or like there was water damage that was painted over. All areas of our room were clean, which is the most important to us. Our a/c unit was extremely loud and any noise outside our side of the building and in the hall was loud as well. Lobby, halls, and breakfast areas were very clean and the staff was great! While the area around the hotel initially seemed a little sketchy, we never once felt unsafe! For the price, not a bad value for sure.

Decent hotel on S. 3rd street. Parking was good, well lit, even on the backside. They're obviously trying to be a nicer hotel - the shower looked to have been recently updated, but my sheer drapes were ripped (according to management, new ones coming in). Comfy king bed, and fairly quiet room (can't hear everything through the walls- a good thing). Would I stay here again? Yes. Shopping walking distance, some fast food on the strip and some nicer food spots just a few blocks away.

Staff were friendly, easy check in process, breakfast was ok but coffee is terrible. Area around hotel is unkept, unsafe and dirty. Hotel smells fresh and owners are making improvements at this time so that is a plus. Room was comfortable and quiet but add a hair dryer please.
