After I made my reservation I called and requested a handicap room with a roll in shower. When I got there I was offered 2 options - either a handicap room with a full tub or a room with a step-in shower with no hand rails or seat. Unfortunately the toilet wasn’t a raised one as is usually found in those types of rooms. As I checked out I requested a copy of my bill and told the only way I could get it was through Expedia - that’s not good customer service. The breakfast attendant was awesome - very polite and friendly as in addition to being very helpful.
