Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.

Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

Très agréable séjour. L’hôtel est admirablement bien située, les pieds dans l’eau, la vue spectaculaire depuis partout. Bon confort des chambres, très belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner, agréable accueil et navette pour rejoindre le bourg. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Nous étions dans une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite sans en avoir besoin (la salle de bain était adaptée donc pas pour nous) c’est pour cette raison que nous voulions donner un 3.5 étoiles Par contre étant donné que nous quittions très tôt le matin nous avons reçu un plateau déjeuner très bien garni, le personnel à l’accueil a été très à l’écoute

Personnel sympathique et avenant. Le wifi dans la chambre non fonctionnel malgré un avis au front desk de la situation. Manque de savon dans les distributeurs des toilettes près de la piscine. Point positif la chambre nous a été surclassé quand la préposée a constaté que ma conjointe se déplaçait avec une cane et nous les remercions pour ce geste grandement apprécié. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le resto est lui aussi très sympathique, propre bien tenu.

Emplacement très bien. Navettes limitées et chères 5€/trajet/adulte pour manger ailleurs que restaurant le soir. Nombreuses fourmies entre minibar et meuble en bois sous TV. J'ai du boucher avec du papier et les tuer le 1er jour pour être tranquille. Petit-déjeuner moyen, manque de produits et qualité moyenne. Service bar et restaurant à revoir complètement, pas digne d'un restaurant aussi bien placé.. (mention spéciale à la femme en tablier gris qui semblait être la seule a connaître comment doit fonctionner un bar-restaurant digne de ce nom). Cordialement

Chambre Lune de miel propose une vue mer exceptionnelle. Literie confortable. Pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre. Réception fermée en début de soirée. Cadre en bord de mer, bien ventilé. Parking pour garer scooter. Navette bien utile pour se rendre au village. Tout était parfait ou presque. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, le service de qualité, un lait végétal au petit déjeuner serait le bienvenu et un service pour monter.
