Fantastic forest setting, with amazing outdoor rooms, offering gaming rooms, sauna, gym, trails, chapel, swimming pool and breathtaking views. Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome.

Visitávamos a pousada desde 2006 e sempre nos encantamos. Desde 2019 que não íamos e ficamos bastante decepcionados. Os novos proprietários mudaram o estilo e não parece mais aquele local aconchegante de antes. Atendimento piorou muito. Na arrumação do quarto não colocaram todas as toalhas e as poucas que trocaram estavam úmidas. Aparentemente também não conseguiram dar conta do número de hóspedes e convidados no final de semana do Dia dos Namorados. Em um dos dias chegamos a noite e não havia vaga para estacionar. Tivemos que deixar o carro com manobrista e no dia seguinte demos falta de um cabo carregador de celular. Infelizmente foi a última visita a essa pousada. Uma pena!

Não tinha toalha de banho no quarto quanto chegamos, e olha q chegamos as 16:30h. Meu marido tomou banho e teve q se enxugar com roupão. O quarto estava decorado com pétalas de rosas e uma foto nossa pelo dia dos namorados, isso foi bem agradável. O acesso à propriedade é péssimo! A estrada q o waze manda ir está fechada, se não obedecer as instruções do hotel vc vai cair numa rua sem saída. Nem pensem em pedir uber, ficamos quase 1h esperando e o Uber foi pro lugar errado. Infelizmente pelo preço não vale esse transtorno todo.

Já estivemos nessa pousada algumas vezes, mas dessa vez percebemos uma mudança para pior na limpeza e na manutenção. Por exemplo: o telefone do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, o que foi desconfortável pois ele situa-se bem longe da sede e estava chovendo. Da mesma forma o telefone da sauna não estava operante. O colchão do nosso quarto já estava bastante deformado pelo uso. Apesar de previamente agendada, não havia toalhas nem amenities na sauna - o que não é razoável para uma pousada "Boutique". No entanto, gostaríamos de salientar o excelente trabalho do chef Hiata, que nos proporcionou um maravilhoso café da manhã.

Excelente estadia pelo conforto e silêncio da propriedade, pela qualidade do restaurante e pela simpatia e gentileza dos funcionários. O trecho final de acesso ao Hotel exige atenção redobrada como é comum para as estradas secundárias das cidades serranas.

O Hotel é excelente. Lindo o lugar, os funcionários são muito educados, prestativos e pro ativos. O quarto que fiquei é excelente, muito espaçoso, confortável e extremamente bem limpo. O restaurante é fantástico!! A experiência foi excelente!! Voltarei novamente com certeza!!

A urikana é um destino certo para descansar, ver a linda vista verde e relaxar. Um café da manhã farto e uma das melhores rabanadas que já comi, sempre gosto de ir para lá essa epoca de ano. A cidade lindamente decorada e o serviço impecavel da pousada urikana transformam a viagem em momento de pura paz para recarregar a bateria longe da confusão dos grandes centros urbanos.
