Hotel com bom custo benefício no centro da cidade. Fácil acesso aos outros bairros. Estrutura antiga, mas tudo limpinho e café da manhã muito bom. Apesar de ser no centro achei seguro. Ao lado de uma igreja católica.

Hotel antigo, ar condicionado do quarto não gela bem. Na recepção não forneceram o cartão de entrada no apto do meu esposo (ele chegou no chek-in 2 horas depois de mim), alegando “falta de cartão disponível”: mentiram. Só tem 1 elevador. Café da manhã: razoável! E só estou avaliando aqui, pq fui iludida pelos comentários q li no app e q me induziram a escolher esse hotel. Infelizmente!

Hotel bom, mas necessita de melhorias.

O quarto é bom. O banheiro é grande, as camas são confortáveis e o ar-condicionado é potente, também há uma escrivaninha de pedra muito útil para quem trabalha remotamente. Como pontos negativos, a pouca variedade do café da manhã, apenas um elevador para todo o hotel e o estacionamento é pago e não tem acesso direto à recepção.

Não porta de acesso do estacionamento do hotel para parte interior do hotel. Voce precisar sair do estacionamento na rua. Pra entrar no hotel. Um absurdo. Alem disso, o check in eh super lento e ineficiente

Infelizmente não foi uma experiência bacana. O hotel não possui manobrista, o estacionamento é próprio do estabelecimento, porém, cobra R$ 30,00 para o hospede deixar o veículo lá. O atendente não informa nada quanto ao frigobar, então se chegar no quarto e quiser tomar uma água por exemplo, tem que voltar até a recepção e solicitar, pois fica vazia. O elevador estava com falha no mostrador, então não dá para saber por qual andar está passando, portanto, precisa “adivinhar” quando chegar em seu andar, ou pior, se ficar preso lá dentro. Cortinas das janelas do quarto mal cuidadas, ar condicionado com visual velho, e havia vazamento de água no chão, sem conseguir identificar de onde vinha.

A reserva era de quarto com uma sala,que,apesar de ser não reembolsável, foi o quarto escolhido, porém o quarto disponibilizado foi apenad um quarto comum, sem sala. Realizei o check-in no dia 13/05 com check-out no dia 18/05, entretanto, no dia 14/05 recebi um aviso de encerramento de estadia às 12:00 h. Tentei contato com o número disponibilizado mas não obtive atendimento. Ao chegar na recepção fui informado que estava tudo certo. Fui entrar no quarto e a chave magnética estava bloqueada. Um absurdo. Ao realizar o check-out no dia 18/05, deixei a mala no maleiro e fui almoçar. Ao retornar para pegar as malas, me dei conta que deixei o óculos de sol no quarto. Solicitei à recepção para verificar e sim, encontraram o óculos e me devolveram,porém um detalhe muito importante, se não tivesse me lembrado do esquecimento, a recepção não me entregaria o óculos esquecido. É normal esta atitude de recepção de hotel? Considero que alguns dos recepcionistas (nem todos) deveriam ser melhores preparados para lidar com os clientes.
