Great, close to dinning and quiet. The hotel and rooms were clean but the blankets smell and there is a musky smell. Staff was helpful when needed.

The staff was great from checking us in to recommending tours and getting somewhere there to talk to us about them. The room was clean, ac, warm water and great water pressure. The breakfast chilaquiles were delicious. It was a block and a half away from the church and main area of the town. Overall a great experience.

The staff was the best thing about this hotel, super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would return for that alone. However there is so much room for improvement. *The room was too small *The room was poorly maintained, the wood on the closet door looked like it would disintegrate any minute, along with hardware *The window looked very nice but it did not feel safe. Hard force on the outside would have opened it. *Breakfast was small and very limited choices Other choices were a charge up. *The water fountains in the courtyards do not have water. *Parking is not on site *I feel the stay was not worth the cost.

Rooms are small even though they have twin bed in them. I didn’t like that the Guy up in the front desk had a line because he had to go inspect each room one by one. Again only one guys in reception. The good thing is that it was close to the center where you could walk and shop.

Re property it self was nice, however no A/C or fan in the room. Bed was comfortable. Very few amenities in tenth room, no Kleenex. The bathroom was very small, mold on the ceiling, light fixture hanging down from the ceiling, facing away from the mirror, so ever poor lighting. No drain plug in re sink.Takes about 5 minutes for hot water and very poor pressure in the shower. Shower door opening is on 16"! Very noisey at night. Need earplugs. Floor was dirty. My feet were black.

Hotel was first class, secured parking, cooked to order breakfast, 2 minutes from the town square. Everyone was happy and helpful. Vanessa was great along with the young lady that checked us in.

Our room was clean and comfortable as well as the hotel. The staff here is amazing, we were staying here during the cartel attack in Guadalajara and PuertoVallerta, in complete lockdown. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us and keep things safe and calm. There aren't enough words to express our gratitude. 10/10 would return or recommend. In fact, another group of travelers we met that were staying down the road moved to this hotel and agreed there was a great difference.
