el acceso al hotel tarde en entrar, no me querian dejar entrar llegue como a las 9 y no hay gente en recepcion solo un guardia y fue complicado accesar, la habitacion muy descuidada le falta mucho mantenimiento, el servicio fue lo mejor muy atentos los de servicio a cuartos y bien preparados los platillos

No me dejaron ni ingresar a la propiedad, dijeron que mi reserva con expedia no valía y después cuando hice el reclamo, en 3 ocasiones informaron a la plataforma que yo había usado la reserva, no fue sino hasta que expedia hizo una investigación más amplia que no lo pudieron demostrar y gracias a ese respaldo me reembolsaron de inmediato. No es nada sencillo de encontrar, no coincide el número con la ubicación en el navegador y tuve que regresarme a mi ciudad en la madrugada gracias a ellos, nunca tuve una experiencia tan mala.

Se realizó la reserva y el pago, se avisó por cortesía que llegaríamos tarde y cuando llegamos no tenían habitaciones, el personal agresivo sin resolver la situación, mencionando que nadie con el nombre de la chica que me atendió el teléfono trabajaba ahí al avisar que llegaríamos tarde. A la 1 am nos dejaron sin hospedaje. Increíble que viniendo de una app “segura” suceda esto. No hay señalización, no parece hotel por fuera. Está feo el camino para llegar

Lo único que fue bueno fue la atención de los meseros, sobre todo de Aarón de hay en adelante nada, las fotos son de un lugar pero en una realidad alterna porque las condiciones de la habitación y del lugar nada que ver con las fotos que publican, falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza, aparte nos robaron, así que no nos llevamos una buena experiencia, solo me queda por aprender que antes de hacer una reserva hay que leer los comentarios de las demás personas. lastimosamente reservé de afán y no los alcancé a leer, y cuando intenté cancelar ya no pude porque no devolvían el dinero.

No lo recomiendo jamás ! No dan wifi ! Las habitaciones desde que llegas no está a tiempo y te las dan sucias ! El desayuno es pura promesa jamás te lo dan ! Y ojo ! Es un club de playa ! Toda la música y desmadre estará a todo lo que da hasta las 3 am ! No se lo recomiendo a las familias
