I’m disappointed with this property because it has so much potential to be great. One can easily tell that owners haven’t been investing money back into the property. I am very unsatisfied with the ‘suite’ that I booked, it was more than twice the price of a regular room and only advantage it truly had was more square feet. The bathroom was horrendous, it was smaller than my guest bathroom at my house, poor water pressure, dirty towels (dried blood), dirty and damaged shelving. The room also had a very humid smell when entering, the smell where you wish you could turn on AC for a few hours to get rid of it but they only had a fan. TV didn’t work. Rack in the closet nearly collapsed when I hung my clothes on it. No bottled water. Only 2 small pillows on a king sized bed. Had to walk up stairs above the reception to enter the suite. Pool was very dirty when we arrived. In the end, I regretted buying the suite and wish I chose a normal room. As a hotel to rent for a place to keep your things and sleep, it’s fine. Just don’t stay here if you want to enjoy it he hotel property and spend your time there.

Un lugar muy bonito y bien ubicado. Súper acogedor y tranquilo. Todo muy limpio. La habitación de buen tamaño y con lo necesario. La alberca con temperatura muy agradable. Amamos hospedarnos en este lugar, la ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo y alejado del tráfico, el desayuno preparado al momento fue muy rico, la alberca calientita y el personal (sobretodo Miguel) super amables! Realmente no cuenta con personal, los que hay son muy amables pero ineficientes por su culpa caí en la alberca cuando me dirigían a mi habitación, no fui advertido porque no había iluminación y la alberca estaba cubierta con una membrana plástica y lo peor fues que a la mañana siguiente me percaté que el agua estaba contaminada, perdí mi IPad al mojarse y no se hicieron cargo, por supuesto ni el más mínimo intento de palear la situación
