Chambre confortable, mais pas un 4 étoiles

L'hôtel en lui-même était joli, les chambres étaient confortable et propres. La première nuit, j'ai dormi dans une chambre sans vue vers l'extérieur et sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres de toit qui étaient condamnées. Elle était située au 4e étage, alors que l'ascenseur ne va que jusqu'au 3e, j'ai dû porter ma valise jusqu'au 4é en utilisant un escalier recouvert de film plastique et de scotch, car en pleine rénovation. C'était dangereux, les odeurs étaient insupportables et pas moyen d'ouvrir la fenêtre... J'ai râlé et on m'a donné une chambre au 2e avec 2 fenêtres !. Elle était confortable mais c'était très très bruyante, car elle donnait sur un restaurant en vogue, donc tous les soirs et le week-end. Je suis restée 7 nuits, je pensais qu'ils en tiendraient compte en m'attribuant la deuxième chambre, je me suis demandée si cela n'avait pas été fait exprès car j'avais râlé pour la première.

Guter Blick auf das Schloss, nachts beleuchtet.

Rezeption sehr freundlich und gute Verständigung. Zimmerpreis und Parkgebühren zu teuer. Sanitäranlagen im Empfangsbereich sehr gut. Bäder der Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig!!!! Fussbodenbelag fleckig, Fahrstuhl viel zu klein - holt man sich blaue Flecken, da er zu beiden Seiten gleichzeitig öffnet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird keine Wurst nachgesetzt, wenn der Teller leer ist.

Příjemné ubytování v centru

Ubytování komfortní, výhrady mám jen k velmi špinavé větrací mřížce v pokoji a k zbytečné malému a nepohodlnému sprchovému koutu v jinak velké koupelně. Poloha hotelu a výhled z pokoje jsou úžasné, přímo v historickém centru města.
