The staff was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the all inclusive breakfast every morning as they offered many delicious options. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool while we stayed as it was under maintenance that week, but we still enjoyed our time in the sun in the beautiful courtyard area while sipping on some tasty beverages from the bar.

This hotel is really nice, convenient near stores, it has a really nice pool and restaurant if you don’t want to go out. Bathroom and AC units need an upgrade for sure. Overall is a nice place to spend time with family.

It felt like coming home to friends & family. The hospitable in the hotel was above & beyond my expectations. They met my every need like I was part of their family. Food was excellent & porpotions were huge. It was hard to eat everything on the plate. Even room service would cater to my cravings that weren’t on the menu. It’s is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the US.I would recommend staying at this hotel, either alone or a family.it’s very family friendly. For me it was an Oasis.I couldn’t find a negative issue to talk about. I could speak volumes on my stay all positive . Book a room now!!!

Me cambiaron de dos habitaciones porque no tenían agua caliente, lo peor fue la atención y servicio que no pudieron resolver el tema, total desinterés de parte de recepción. La habitación era suite ni siquiera me pudieron pasar a una habitación sencilla para poder disfrutar de una ducha. No regresaría al hotel por esa situación, mi viaje fue de negocios, me arrepentí de no haberme quedado en uno de cadena más comercial y recurrente. Lástima de las recomendaciones que tenía de este hotel.
