In days with a 100 degree heat, a single small bottle of water in a room is poor service. Much better all over Tepic options for the $70 we paid The sign on the bottle said additonal bottles available for 12 pesos in the vending machine. But it had no water bottles. The bed needed replacement, The bottom sheet was not fitted, so it kept coming off the sides. The a/c made a wierd hi-pitched whistle everyy few seconds, and a display light that couldb't be turned off and which lit up the room. The TV had no YouTube or other selections beyond a local cable system--unaccpetable in a capital city with abundant fiber optics.
The room was tiny and unadorned witht exception of a single wierd black and white photo.
Bathroom was nearly perfect, clean and worked, except you couldn't lover the toilet cover because it hung up on the counter.
Breakfast had little for an American who might want some potatos, bacon, sausages or scramled eggs. The mexican dishes were enjoyed by my wife.
I would not return.
