The hotel was wonderful, our room was super clean very comfortable beds, it had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful, the girls at the front desk where super friendly and helpful. The food at there restaurants was very good, and the waiter's where friendly as well and very attentive. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

Staff did great , very nice and accommodating. I loved the pool and felt safe. I didn’t try the restaurant but it’s a nice option. The beds were not comfortable and they do not have an elevator, be aware of that. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff were attentive. I had one meal in the restaurant which was good. Easy access and secure location. Unfortunately they did not have a long bed or king bed option which is a must as i am tall. Otherwise fine.

Nice hotel to visit pyramids.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds and very clean. Some rooms have very large balconies where you can sit and listen to birds. It wasn't warm enough for the pool but looks nice. Two cautions, there is no elevator, but it's only one floor up. Also, check google street view to locate the driveway entrance before you go. That was a big help and made it easy to know where the turn was. It's very close easy drive to the pyramids at Teotihuacan. We found good restaurants nearby and had one nice meal at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and close to the Teotihuacán archeological site. I went with my family and some of us stayed in the new building, the rooms are new and spacious. The only thing that they can improve is to put a lock on the balcony door. It makes us feel unsafe. My sister stayed in the old building and the rooms were basic but clean. They could hear the music from the common areas at night. Maybe, management can lower the music at 11 pm? The pool is heated. Kids were excited!
