No respetaron mi reservación

Cuando llegamos nos informarón que debia haber hecho un deposito por lo que no nos guardaron nuedtra habitación. Nos enviaron a otro hotel, pero con una sola cama cuando habiamos solicitado 2 dobles. Finalmente nos solucnaron enviandonos a un tercer hotel. Es remarcable dicir que a pesar de este problema, las personas a cargo se mostraron siempre sumamente amables y dispuestas a solucionar.

La atención del personal es muy buena, es un lugar ideal para descansar, su ubicación es excelente ya que incluso caminando puedes llegar a los accesos de las paredes teotihuacan.

Tranquility

We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Quetzalcalli. It is a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the Pyramids and the same for restaurants. Staff is friendly and will give you the straight talk about the area. For instance, there is a local bus stop walking distance from the hotel where you can catch a ride back to CDMX. Quiet, clean and tranquility, highly recommended.

Hotel tranquilo y agradable

En general el hotel es comodo y agradable el personal es muy atento y amable el unico detalle es que el wifi no funciona en las habitaciones.

Great place to see Teotihuacan

Fantastic staff. Excellent location for visiting the pyramids at Teotihuacan. Staff was non English speaking. Absolutely wonderful and more than helpful.

Me dijeron que no habían recibido el correo de ustedes confirmando mi reservación. Cuando llegué no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Así que me trasladaron a otro hotel de la zona. En este nuevo hotel no me dieron los desayunos continentales de cortesía que obtendría si hubiera quedado en el hotel inicial.
