Incredibly lovely hosts, location is perfect, you are right next to a beach access as well as super close to all the shops. The rooms are really lovely and clean, also there is a very cute black cat you’ll get to see if you’re lucky.

Tidy enough

Convenient location, large pay and display car park to rear £10 for 24hrs. Room only but hotel around corner offering breakfast at £9 which was a buffet breakfast and very good. Had top floor room which was quite small and not much pressure in shower. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Tidy enough for what we paid.

Warm welcome on arrival. Nice size room tea,coffee,biscuits in room and more given on request. Good position near the south beach and couple minutes into town center.

The owners were away and uncontactable. The website said there was parking, breakfast hamper, afternoon tea and bar and lounge. None of these were available and we were unable to contact the owners. We tried by phone, left message and e-mailed. The 'partial ' view was not.

We arrived a day early (my fault) but luckily the team were bale to accommodate us. This is a wonderful little guesthouse, the breakfast basket is a great service. The location is perfect and parking is available in the council car park a very short walk away. I highly recommend this little place for a short break.

Birthday Bash

Weather was lovely and Sunny considering it was February. Owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delivered in a basket outside your door around 8.30am. Good idea as we could have breakfast in bed. We had sausage paninis the first day and bacon bagles on the second. Plus juice, fruit, yoghurt, breakfast bars, pastries and coffee. The only thing I will say is, it would be nice if you could choose which hot food you would prefer. Even if you order at the start of your holiday. But overall really enjoyed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was greeted with a very warm Friendly host. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast in the basket delivered to the room around 8.15 was amazing. Highly recommend the stay to others.
