Todo muy bonito salvo lo siguiente: La habitación (y otras que preguntamos a otros huéspedes) no tenía aire acondicionado, sino una especie de enfriador, que lo apagaban a cierta hora, y no permitía un descanso reparador. Puerta de baño que se atora, y que se oye la puerta del vecino golpearse por lo mismo, despertándolo a uno. Eso de vista parcial al mar es muy subjetivo, cuando hay una palma frente a tu habitación y se ve un 5% del mar, y paqué 20% más por una habitación así.

Antes era un excelente hotel, ahora deja mucho que desear. Apesar que la mayoría de sus empleados son muy amables y tratan de sacar el trabajo con lo que tienen. El cuarto que nos tocó lleno de hongo la bañera y el clima no funcionaba, ya no cuentan con la mayoría de servicios y bebidas que antes tenían.

No volvería a ir, si hubiera leído bien y a fondo las opiniones antes no hubiera reservado desde un inicio ahí. Vengo desde Querétaro y nos hicimos 10 horas el costo fue elevado para que no recibiera lo que pague, me estafaron dice que ahí aire acondicionado en la habitación y no es verdad, por falta de Mtto unos días ahí y un rato y no es acondicionado solo es para refrescar la habitación no hacerla fría, el baño está super pequeño con mucha falta de Mtto, vidrio manchado, el portapapel oxidado, tubería apunto de romperse, puertas super viejas y carcomidas, se atoran , infraestructura pésima, falta de pintura, goteras, huele feo. El agua es salada, no hay leche, el internet está cautivo. Horrible jamás jamás volvería. Ir

Mi habitación . Solo un poco olor a denaje en el baño. Aire excelente. En las habitaciones de mis familiares el aire no funcionó bien les proporcionaron un ventilador. El clima no muy caluroso en abril.....la comida riquísima. En especial el bufete mexicano. Espectáculo excelente. Playa y alberca súper limpia excelente. El personal más amable que en cualquier otro hotel de México que he visitado. Por baja concurrencia no hubo restaurante a la carta de especialidades... .....el viajeel autopista Colima mnazanillo en reparación....algo tardado

La atención del personal es de lo mejor. Las instalaciones son viejas y vaya que les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado podría ser mejor pero el agua de las habitaciones tiene algo extraño, yo llevaba mis propios jabones y paracíqn no hacer efecto, ni espuma hacían además de que tenía un sabor extraño (lo noté al lavarme los dientes)
