Easy and accommodating. Checked in late no problem just called ahead of time. Convenient location main road to wineries and only 5 min drive from casino makes me give it a 5 star. We walked over to old town nice safe 10 min walk. Tiny pool but wasnt there for the luxury.

The room was clean but overpowering smell of cleaning products. I tried to spray perfume and any other air fresheners I had but it did not work. We woke up to that same smell. There was a small couch that was disgustingly dirty. A couch cover would have been fine. It was so unsightly. Very friendly front desk service.

The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full shower dispensers and there were more times on the sink, including hand soap. There is an oldie hair dryer by the sink that we did not try. Very affordable at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon ( half the price of every hotel in the area). The room was very clean and quite. The TV had more channels than I have at home😄.
