Check in was easy. Our room was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable! I loved the deep soaking tub and separate shower. The restaurants were good. We loved the pool area, and since there were only two other people using the pool, we had a jacuzzi and pool all to ourselves! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We visited family that was staying at Harrah’s, and I preferred Pala’s rooms over theirs. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first stay at Pala, we enjoyed the relaxed environment. There were plenty of restaurant options with hours opened as late as 2:00AM. The only negative for this visit was the room lighting, even with the curtains wide open for sunlight it still did not allow for better lighting.

Great spot to stay, casino was very nice, food options great, and the room was fantastic. Was a little rough dealing with traffic for the races at Pala though, Hour and a half to get to the track that was 1.2 miles away. Either leave early EARLY or walk to the track to avoid the hassle. Overall though a fantastic spot to spend the weekend.

The check in was smooth, but we found it a little interesting they will charge you $1000 of you smoke or vape in the room but the casino smells like full on cigarettes. But that was big a deal breaker. The overall casino and hotel was great. We enjoyed a few drinks by the pool and ate at the cafe. The food was good. The music at the bar in the casino was really good as well. Hotel Parking is free and not far from the entrance.
