I understand that Days Inn are on the budget end of the spectrum for Wyndham, but there should be some standards. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They don't have their lobby open for some unknown reason. So all interactions are through the night window which is on the side by a busy road and makes it hard to hear.
My first room had a 2" gap between the ground and bottom of the door.
I got moved to another room and it wasn't much better. The room looked like a remodel had been started, but not finished. There was sheet rock dust on things. There were random screws sticking out of the ceiling. The hairdryer was completely busted, to the point of being a safety hazard. The chair was torn up and they had put sheets over part of it to cover it up. The breakfast had 3 items available (waffle, toast, cereal). Every day we got different kinds and amounts of towels. There were 3 broken smoke detectors in a drawer. The cabinet drawers had strings for handles. The walls were filthy. There were missing plug covers and fixture covers. Wyndham needs to enforce some standards on their chains. I would not recommend this place. We would have found another hotel, but due to an event in the area no other hotels were available.
