Lovely place to stay. Excellent service. The host was lovely and informative about the area. Room was a little tired but very comfortable. Only niggle really was the pigeon problem (pooping all over the car) but that wasn’t her fault. Would stay again

The proprietors were very welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. The church clock tower behind is a good reference point. A lovely place in a great area.

An excellent short break in a superb location.

Could hardly have been more pleasant in every way not least the outstanding breakfasts and excellent hostess. Superb surroundings with museums and visual attractions of all kinds within easy reach. Highly recommended.

Great stay at the Foundry Masters House for a house hunting expedition. Hosts were so welcoming and gracious, even with an unexpected very late arrival. Fantastic cooked breakfast, very good meats from local area. Room was comfortable. Bed very supportive and lovely clean pressed sheets. Bathroom was spotless. Only very minor point was carpet was a little worn and stained. Overall, a really lovely experience and the most wonderful hosts.

Great location in the heart of Coalbrookedale. Very friendly host who provided the BEST full English Breakfast I've had anywhere. Immaculate room, big bathroom and on site parking. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay in Victorian mansion.

We were welcomed by the family. We were helped to choose from an extensive menu for our evening meals. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit and a variety of cereals. The main course had several tasty options including eggs Benedict and eggs royale. Coffee came with hot milk as requested. Our room was spacious with plenty of hangers and hanging space. Coffee, tea and chocolate were provided with a small kettle.

If you’re looking for clean, comfortable accommodation in the Ironbridge area with friendly hosts and a fabulous breakfast, you need look no further than The Foundry Master’s House - with on site parking, too. Well-placed for Ironbridge museum and a short (10 -15 mins) walk into town which offers pubs, restaurants and individual shops, and the Blists Hill Victorian village is only a short drive away - as is Ye Olde Robin Hood pub, serving tasty pub fare at very good prices. This was our second visit to Foundry Master’s and hopefully won’t be our last! Thank you, Dawn and Danny, and best wishes.
