Room was nice. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was great. The price of food was extremely expensive and there aren’t any restaurants or pubs close by so had to get a taxi into the town centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with lovely surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. It was out of town, but close enough to easily visit the main attractions, while being far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The chalet had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. We would definitely love to come back!

We booked last minute to stay local for our son’s football event, and we had such a wonderful stay that we are already looking to come back. The local area is beautiful, especially Ironbridge. We ate dinner at the hotel and were so impressed that we personally thanked the chefs. Frankie, Chris, Carl, and Brad — you did an amazing job. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection, the mussels were delicious, and our son even loved the pizza from the children’s menu. Dom was working behind the bar and was incredibly friendly and helpful. It really made a difference to our stay. We hope all goes well with finishing university and your future endeavours!

I took my auntie for mothers day and my small dog riley. The reception staff were exceptional especially Alex, all making a fuss of riley and checking on our needs. The restaurant staff all very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very good and lovely fresh danish and fruit. Sadly not time to swim but will definitely be staying again .

Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new modern shower unit, our bathroom sink kept blocking but they did come out to help but was still slow to empty. Food was good we ate on both nights of our stay, the spa front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good plenty of choice.

Book in for 2 nights while working in Telford a lovely hotel in a nice setting with lots of facilities onsite, 10 mins from Telford center was ideal for my trip and will definitely stay there again
