There was mold on the bathroom walls and no ventilation fan in the bathrooms. The bathrooms also had those really small toilets.

Limited parking. Overnight parking runs $45/night. Rooms are tiny. Really cram you in. The marketing of being environmentally friendly to sardine rooms at a high cost is why the rating is low. Fraud charges on credit account after staying at the hotel. Did not use my credit card anywhere before or after this trip. Fraud team specifically stated the card number was manually typed in. Alerted the Moxey team and no response. Allowed a party in my group to make changes to a reservation without my consent. Team definitely needs training.

Candlewood Suites is a good place to stay. Very clean, friendly, helpful staff. It’s a solid B experience. It was a non-smoking room that had been smoked in at some time. The bed was ok but we woke in the night because of pressure points. It was a good experience.

Super nice property. Rooms were great but I wasn't fond of the L shaped bathroom placement with the 2 doors layout. The lighting also could be better with more countertop space or shelving space for toiletries. Breakfast was very good even though staffing was a bit thin. However, our waitress did a great job and remained pleasant and helpful. The staff were great and property beatiful.
