Online pictures looked way better than the actual place. Think Motel 8 before their revamp. Requested a room change bc 1st room was musty, carpet felt wet. 2nd room was a better (habitable) but still had lingering smoking smell. Performed my own maintenance- trash removal, cleaning, towel/floor mat replacement. Points for BBQ and picnic table usage, and basic breakfast were available.

The mold was really bad in our room and my husband slept in our car the second night because he has COPD and could not breathe. We left one day early so we could head home to North Carolina. He is seeing his respiratory doctor in the morning. The ice machine was not working. There was one elevator on the end of the building so Vegas to walk to the other end. Breakfast ran out. We have pictures. You need to see them.

Great location and useful to be effective and efficient with family. My wife and I had a good stay and would definitely come back if we make it back to lake Champlain

Booked a room for 4 people and had 1 towel in the room. They said they ran out when asked for additional towels :(
