Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. Hidden Gem!

We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood.

Thy ask for you to call them to let them know you will be coming after 12am and said the have 24 hour shuttle service. I called for both of those things and no one answered. Hotels.com called them multiple time and they didn’t answer. They say they have 24 hour front desk. Clearly that phone was on silent last night. I hope the front desk person got the good nights sleep I thought I would have. lol boooooooo thumbs down.

Besvikna

Tyvärr en stor besvikelse – motsvarade inte alls förväntningarna Vi bokade detta hotell i förhoppning om en trevlig vistelse, men blev snabbt besvikna. Rummet såg inte alls ut som på bilderna – det hade två väldigt små fönster som man knappt kunde se ut genom, vilket gjorde rummet både mörkt och instängt. Det luktade konstigt, och det kändes inte riktigt rent. Ljudisoleringen var i princip obefintlig. Under natten hörde vi både trafik utifrån och ljud från andra gäster, vilket gjorde det nästintill omöjligt att sova. Området kändes heller inte särskilt tryggt, och det fanns ingen mat att få på plats. Det fanns heller inga bra restauranger i närheten, så vi fick beställa matleverans. Poolen var kall och såg inte särskilt inbjudande ut, och borden runt omkring var inte avtorkade. Sammantaget var det en mycket obekväm natt och vi sov riktigt dåligt. Det enda positiva var att personalen var trevlig – särskilt killen som jobbade på plats – och att taxin som vi bokat kom som planerat på morgonen. Tyvärr räcker inte det för att väga upp resten. Vi skulle inte bo här igen och rekommenderar att man ser sig om efter andra alternativ.

Fint, lille hotel, tæt på lufthavnen. Vi tjekkede nemt ind om natten via tilsendte koder, som vi modtog på whats app, efter at have tjekket ind online. Lidt hårde senge, men acceptabelt . Parkering på stedet, men det vidste vi ikke, så vi holdte lidt derfra. Fin lille pool og simpel morgenmad. Meget sød betjening

Kleines Hotel, ruhige Lage, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr gut ist der gesicherte Parkplatz. Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirr vorhanden. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut zu empfehlen.
