Bathtub broken water leak from faucet. All water from shower leaked outside. Had to put towels ordered extra towels that never arrived. At the beach ordered towels never arrived either. Had to go all the way to front counter to get towels. Restaurant service was good.

Staff were great, room was nice but needed adjustments . Door handles were broken, bathtub water drain did not fully close. The resort was beautiful however, not worth the money due to the food. At a fair price it tended to add up to be quite a chunk over a few night stays. Yet breakfast is another separate bill. Events are only in the weekends. Drinks were weak for the price it costed.

I liked as usual the spaces, loved the beach and the amenities. Only thing I didn’t like was the entrance to rooms had only stairs which made difficult to carry my infant but nonetheless it’s not a dealbreaker.
