The rooms were clean however No Hot water. The roads to get to the this place were horrible thy should get more sight the can wide you to the Hotel . The staff didn’t tell us were the restaurant was to get breakfast we end up having breakfast somewhere else because the reception were close to ask were the restaurant was

They are no longer a hotel beach, they only have available the laguna cabañas, beach access is outside the facilities. This was not specified in the web page while reserving. It was a surpride for us when we arrived, even so, the personnel was nice and breakfast was decent, so was the state and cleannes of the cabañas

The conditions of the road is very bad. They put us in a cabin with no working TV walls Had cracks in then and they were dirty the bed was so hard I could not sleep and the air conditioner did not work that well and there was no Internet service. They did move us to another. Eventually they still the other room was not that good either And that bed was hard as well . And the the morning we was supposed to eat breakfast, but there was no one there to cook so we left they’re hungry.

My complaint about the property was that I reserved a cabin hut. The day of my reservation, I received a message from them informing me that they no longer had any cabins. They offered me two rooms in their Hotel Laguna. One of the rooms had a very mediocre AC unit that would not work. The rooms themselves were okay. What bothered us the most was the location of the building. It was so far down the road. We were the only ones placed in this building. Enjoying the pool to ourselves was okay, but that is not we paid for or thought we were reserving.

I have crossed feelings. Not all the property is beachfront as advertised in the photos, thats a scam . Fortunately, after a confrontation, they gave me a room in the frontbeach property. Nice and beautiful. The beachfront part is really beautiful and clean. But the beach is not. Feels like the property is in a need of maintenance.

el hotel deberia promover la construccion de la calle hacia su ubicacion. al comprar con expidia me fue facil pero al llegar al hotel encontrar nuestra reservacion fue tardada ademas que la reserva era para 4 personas pero ellos en recepcion decian que solo se habia hecho para dos personas que por esta vez lo dejarian pasar cuando la aplicacion ofrece claramente habitacion para cuatro personas , quien en sus cinco centidos pagaria 550 dolares para dos personas. espero corrijan ese tipo de problemas me hospede de 3 de oct al 7 de este año

Ofrecen habitaciones cerca o enfrente de la playa y es mentira el hotel está desalojado y te hospedan en cabañas lejos de la playa;ofrecen 3 piscinas y solo tienen una no hay ni refrigerador ni microonda y mucho menos un basurero en el cuarto completamente nada que ver con lo que ofrecen expedía debería regresar el dinero

No es lo que sale en la informacion dicen que tienen playa y no tienen piscina al frente del restaurante y bar y nada mala experiencia de verdad tenia estadia de 2 noche 3 dias y solo use una noche el dia siguiente por la mañana me vine

En primera: Reservé una habitación vista panorámica con vista al mar y por falta de energía me dieron una clásica de 100$ y yo pague el doble por una de 231$ con huésped extra de 60$ e inclusive no me dieron los beneficios del extra de su desayuno, ni el espacio por el que pague ya que me reubicaron en una más pequeña (clásica) 😡 deberían de tener cuidado en esa administración para sus clientes, tenían que haberme reubicado en la ideal de acuerdo que yo pague. Mal servicio, lugar desagradable la verdad no recomendaría este sitio para nada. Espero que se me realice un rembolso ya que no es culpa de que ustedes no tengas las herramientas ideales para poder brindar un buen servicio durante apagones de energía. Sinceramente es una sin vergüenza da lo que realmente le brinda a sus clientes. Camas incómodas , TV que no funciona y no sirve. Espero, una respuesta pronto por parte de ustedes.
