It was in a great location of the city. I hadn't realized there would be no one on site; that was unfortunate. But texting worked out relatively well. The kitchen did not have all amenities (no scissors or spatula, no dishcloths or towels, no paper towels), and the water heater was slow to heat. More towels and pillows would have been helpful. Rain leaked onto the floor in the bedroom, even with the patio doors shut. There was garbage spilling out of the garbage bins on the walkway to the building.

Perushuoneisto. Ei hienoimmasta päästä, mutta toimi tarkoitukseen. Kattoterassi oli mukava lisä, vaikka olis voinut olla siistimpi. Vastaanotto oli avulias. Odotin isompaa huoneistoa. Piti olla 72m2, mutta pienehkö keittiön, olohuoneen ja ruokailutilan yhdistelmä ja kaksi makuuhuonetta, vastasivat mielestäni enemmän maksimissaan 60m2. Jokaisessa kolmesta huoneesta oli pieni ikkuna, mutta isommat ikkunat olisivat olleet mukavat, kun huonetta mainostettiin merinäköalalla. Yövyimme huoneistossa nro7.

OK, aber nichr mehr

Wir waren im November für 4 Nächte im Trio. Der Check-In war problemlos und der Angestellte freundlich. Es stellte sich dann leider heraus, dass das Appartement nicht wirklich sauber geputzt wurde. Auch funktionierte im Badezimmer weder das Licht noch die Steckdosen, was wir gleichentags noch der Reception melden wollten. Es war jedoch niemand mehr erreichbar, auch telefonisch nicht. Am nächsten Morgen meldeten wir dann das Problem persönlich. Trotz mehrmaligen Versichern, dass es repariert werde, geschah bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts nichts. Auch zum Check-Out war niemand zu erreichen. Schade, denn die Lage wäre top! Wir werden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

It is really a fiasco. Eventhough is in a great location, the noise at night is a nightmare. We could’t sleep in the 3 nights we spent there. On top of that, there was a carwash place that literaly is open 24 hrs. No, no no. Never again. On the positive side, location is fantastic.

They are not there all the time. No parking onsite and false advertisement about having it. Terrible and run down place. When confronting the person in charge during daytime hours he was very agressive and rude. They offer rooms by pictures that are not what you are getting when checking in. When checking in nobody was there and they oeft the room unlocked when I arrived.(not good) unsafe.

It’s a bit noisy and spartan, but really close to the beach. I think it’s about two stars accommodation. If all your doing is sleeping here and a little noise and light is ok, it’s great.

Decent hotel in a great location close to the beach and market. The manager Yogev was very accommodating to our needs. Onsite coin laundry facilities was a plus; cost is 15 ILS each load.

Great Value & Very Close to Beach

We were very happy with the apartment, it had everything we needed and our own garden area with night time light and seating. The air con worked very well, we had a full size fridge freezer and fully equipped kitchen. I was surprised and delighted to find we had two toilets in a one bed apartment, very convenient. This is not a luxurious hotel but a clean homely comfortable place that is still a part of the old style Tel Aviv buildings, there was a wonderful roof garden with a view of the sea which was just across the road, and there were many wonderful back street traditional restaurants in walking distance along with the Camel market. If your on a budget this is the place to stay, room towels and beach towels are provided and the staff are very helpful. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable, if you want a cleaning service that will cost extra but the apartment and beach towels can be changed as often as you want by getting clean ones from the office and putting the old ones in the towel drop bin. We had a great time here and were very comfortable after all when you are on a touring holiday how much time do you spend in your room.

TRIO in Tel-Aviv is clean and responsive.

The TRIO experience I had was a wonderful one. I have stayed in various places for over 9 years and would definitely look at TRIO again. The places next to Banana Beach are GREAT. Even though there are office hours, the owner of TRIO was very responsive to each and every need. Watch out for the woman who works in the office.... she is nice, but untruthful regarding needs. Speak with the owner who is AMAZING! Great experience overall and will definitely book again.

Amazing stay near the beach

From the minute i walked in, the staff was very helpful, anything i needed they did not hesitate to help me. The staff showed great hospitality. the location was amazing, and the beach view from the rooftop was really great. Everything around me was walking distance, bars, clubs, restaurants and cafes all 5-10 minute walk. My stay at trio was really wonderful. No other hotel in the area will show the same care as trio, i know from now on to keep booking with trio. thanks, ken

BE WARNED - Dishonest & deception hotel manager

This hotel is practising deception & is not providing the same room as what is advertised. I booked a 3 bedroom apartment but the hotel tried to give me a 1 bedroom unit without the same facilities that was advertised. Upon arriving at the hotel, the office was closed, calling the office the hotel manager said he left our room unlocked on the ground floor. We walked around the side to find the room but it was nothing like what we booked. It wasn't a 3 bedroom apartment, there was no oven nor washing machine, only a double bed & a sofa bed when we purchased a unit with 2 real double beds and a sofa bed. After waiting an hour for the hotel manager to arrive, he arrived & was not apologetic about the situation, he said the other unit was not available because of construction. The hotel SHOULD HAVE told us as soon as we booked that the room was not suitable. The hotel manager said he would cancel the booking & we left. He was not true to his words and continues to say he will cancel the booking but according to Expedia has no intention to do so. I spoke personally to the hotel owner and he said he would sort it out but I have still not received a full refund.

Einfacher Standard für Reisende dieses Apartemend

Wer nicht auf Komfort Wert legt, genau das Richtige. Sehr gute Lage am Strand von Tel Aviv - und für unsere Orientierungslauf-Sportgruppe ideal für unsere Sportaktivitäten. Allerdings: Schwer zu finden, weil eben k e i n Hotel, sondern ein Apartemendhaus!

Perfect vacation in Tel Aviv

We had an amazing time in Trio apartment!!! The apartment was very clean and full with everything we need! Yogev and Shahf helped us with every question and recommend us what to do in Tel Aviv! Super helpful stuff! Very close to the beach fantastic stay!
