Dispite the extremely unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance the staff gave us in terms of advice and safety when they themselves would of been under a lot of stress; ALL your staff should be highly commended !!! We do hope to be able to return one day and stay longer then one locked in night ; thoughts are with you all x mike and Tony
