“The property manager was so kind and really accommodated our requests to remove all fragrances and fragranced linens to support our son’s asthma triggers. We had such a great time as the location was 1 minute from everything! The place was modern, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the baby seagull who liked to greet us early in the morning on the roof velux windows first thing in the morning. Something to expect by the seaside. “Nice place, only an overnight stay. A slight walk from the main road if you're on foot, under 10 mins. No direct transport from Newton Abbot station but if you fancy a 30-minute walk it's not a bad route. On the tip end of River Teign and quite scenic with a nice outdoor garden. Guessing you can take dogs in as they have a dog wash on site :) Restaurant and bar has some good choices.”

“Staff were amazing lady on front desk was brilliant barman really nice Didn't use dinning room but food looks good Room needs a little more care found items from previous guests left Also don't replenish items have to go and ask at reception for any extra No onside parking did manage to park in the street and as we used the local buses wasn't an issue but high summer maybe isn't great Evening entertainment every night was a bonus bar prices reasonable”
