The room at the hotel was very neat and spacious. Cleaning was done daily and very timely. The staff were really nice and helpful too. There was street parking right in front of the hotel which was convenient and safe. The food was very good too, with different themed food on all the days of our stay. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was great, spacious and stylish. All staff were professional, helpful and polite. Pools and facilities were immaculate and overall the hotel had a great, sophisticated vibe. Food could do with a review by Radisson team. Generally it was good, but some elements were suprisingly poor. Bacon was scorched to a crisp, omlettes were not great, fried foods were soggy. On the flip side bread was amazing, as was cheese, fruit, and variety of dishes each day. Some mixed dishes need better labelling of ingredients, such as chefs salad - total mystery with suprise tuna ! (Not good if you dont like tuna)

Ocean view suite was beautiful, everything you needed. TV service intermittent ( weather issue?), bath faces you as you enter the room - strange concept. Staff were so kind. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel entertainment generally was ok, but really disappointed with the "highlight show of the week" - not professionalism you would have expected. Pools were great, yes a little on the cold side, but it is early in the year. Spa facilities we used and enjoyed treatments.

The room was good, bed was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good giving us a good start to each day we stayed. I only gave four stars because on both occasions that we have stayed, the shower has flooded because of blocked drains. We stayed in a different block each time so we wonder if there is a design issue.

Amazing hotel. Upon arrival you’re met with friendly staff, we requested a room with afternoon sun and that’s what we got. The room and balcony are exceptional. Housekeeping did a great job. The lifeguards are very attentive and go beyond. Breakfast was fantastic - the station where you can have “eggs your way” you can have omelette or poached eggs to your liking. Second time staying here - the best.
