“I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

“The most magical place we’ve ever experienced. The staff, food, amenities, and property are truly incredible. We enjoyed the spa, gym, a terrace villa (which we highly recommend), a special Indonesian dinner night, the breakfast, floating breakfast and room service. Everything was exceptional. “Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! They couldn't do enough for you and all the staff treated us like royalty. Shuttle/private car to Ubud centre was really handy. Experience team made such an effort to make our honeymoon special with little extras to make it special Pool was a little chilly but that Is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!”

“The staff is super helpful and the welcoming. I have never seen such good service in resort before. The sisha they serve in the room is one of the best. Try to book their KClub rooms, they are much quitter and the view is breathtaking. The housekeeping service is great and faster than anyone can imagine. You might think i am praising too much but when you visit you will know. There is a restaurant not belong to the hotel called Tis cafe, you must visit there and try their duck”
