Una señora de recepción en especial, no recuerdo su nombre pero siempre con mala cara y nada de actitud, ni una sonrisa, nada. Todo nos negaba, cuando el atender un servicio turístico buscas la forma de ayudar. En cuanto a los servicios, presumen de tener una alberca con caldera y ésta nunca funcionó, cuando en nuestra estancia el clima no era óptimo como para estar en la playa. Al demás personal, siempre trató de ayudar y dar buena cara. A ellos, gracias por su hospitalidad.

Las instalaciones en general son confortables y están limpias. Sin embargo, el trato de una de las personas que atienden la recepción no fue muy cordial, desgraciadamente no portan un gafete con su nombre por lo que no puedo mencionar específicamente quien fue. Por otro lado, me gustaría hacer una recomendación con respecto a las mesas de ping pong y billar para que el horario lo extiendan hasta las 11 de la noche.
