Todo muy bien, excepto que tuve que pagar medio día de estancia, pues llegamos a las 6 de la mañana, y resulta que la habitación me entregaban hasta las 3, el restaurante no funcionaba, solo los fines de semana.

Muy limpio y muy atento personal de limpieza, aunque siento que desperdician mucha agua en la limpieza de alrededor de la alberca y un detalle pequeño, que no tienen guarda equipaje después del check out, fuera de eso todo excelente

ホテルを選び支払いが現地のみなので実際に払う時には言われるままで高い料金を払う事になった印象があります。事前払いにして欲しい。部屋は広くて清潔でくつろげます。ただ２泊めの夜はお湯が出ないのでシャワーをあきらめました。フロントに言えば対処したと言われましたが部屋には内線の電話もないのでそれは面倒臭いです。部屋のノブに掛けられる清掃不要のタグが欲しいです。ホテルの注意書きを写真に撮らせて「後で読め」と言いサインをさせるのは不快でした。ホテルのシステムなどをきちんと笑顔で説明するのがホテルマンの仕事です。
