no se como trivago puede recomendar este hotel

la habitación 108 nunca funciono el aire acondicionado luego nos cambiaron como a las noches, la habitación 109 tenia un vidrio roto que dejaba abrir la puerta aun que tuviera seguro, la habitación 112 tampoco servia muy bien el aire acondicionado. la comida de lo peor, porque? pues los camarones estaban echados a perder y los hotcakes nos los dieron quemados

hotel sobre carretera, baño tapado, aire acondicionado sin funcionar, en muy malas condiciones, arañas en todas las esquinas, alfombra manchada de humedad, nos hospedamos cuatro personas y solo proporcionaron durante toda la estancia 2 toallas, no tiene nada bueno que ofrecer. No entiendo como una agencia de viajes como ustedes, puede recomendar un hotel tan horrible.

No estuve en ese hotel porque la reserva que hice fue en el TABOGA y el nivel de uno y otro difiere; me ofrecieron quedarme como había sido pactado pero que entre el HOTEL y EXPEDIA no concretaron y al finalizar la visita quisieron hacer el cargo por parte de TABOGA a pesar de que ellos hablaron con EXPEDIA para acordar de que se cumpliría con la reserva en origen no dejaron clara el tema del pago pues a mi ya me habían cargado la reserva del Hotel Puerto Cangrejo en una tarifa más alta sin ser del mismo nivel, si me devolverían el excedente al pago pactado originalmente pero ese NUNCA fue el acuerdo. Aprovecho para solicitar que NO me hagan llegar promociones, no me interesa volver a reservar con ustedes.

El hotel me cargó un día de estancia el 22 11 2017 (se me había informado que podría cancelar hasta el 23 11 2017), el aire acondicionado era tan ruidoso que sólo había 2 opciones: dormir mal por el calor o dormir mal por el ruido, con la agravante de tener muchos mosquitos en la habitación, telarañas en muchos lados y personal que "olvidaba" encender la caldera (entonces te bañas con agua fría)
