La reservacion no se respeto, tuvikosnque bsuacr habitacion ya que la reservacuon no fue valida. Es muy desagradable algo que yenia que ser muy padre e inolvidable se comvirtio en una pesadilla.

El problema es que el baño estaba muy apestoso,no había agua caliente la regadera muy tapada solo unos cuantos orificios tenía para salir el agua el aire acondicionado estaba en mal estado se ve que no le dan mantenimiento de ahí todo lo demás está bien dándole más mantenimiento a eso que menciono el hotel estaría bien

Se encuentra muy retirada del centro, el personal esta de mal humor, la habitacion esta llena de hormigas y la puerta de la habitación no se podia cerrar.

La zona e tranquila solo que falta darle mantenimiento a la pintura de la habitación para que no se vea deteriorada por la húmedad. Es un hotel familiar, por lo tanto habrá niños.
