Vacations Close To Mack's Inn Playhouse

Due to car problems we were a day late from our reservation. I called the motel and explained to please not cancel our reservation and we will pay for the night that we would not yet arrive. They agreed and expressed no problem. When we arrived they had canceled our reservation. Fortunately they had a room available however charged us a much higher rate. They made the mistake and charged us almost twice the rate

Just wanted to give a "hats off" to Shane and Kandi at the Idaho Falls Motel 6. They were so kind and helpful and went out of thier way to accommodate us. Room was clean and our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. These two employees deserve a high 5!

Shower water was a little tricky, but otherwise it was nice. Cabin was large and cozy.

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.

Room was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was great!

To expensive for how old the place looked and the bathroom smells like cigarettes. Shower head was nasty looking. It was old and rusty.
