Didn’t have towels, small refrigerator, broken not working. Our cheese was spoiled no toilet paper no Air Conditioning and the location was very hard to find we hadto get a taxi to follow to find the place. It was hidden somewhere.

Had a good stay at hotel TATO. The staff were all brilliant and helpful. The location is good for Tbilisi. Right next to the big church, and a 20 min walk from old town area. The breakfast is good, and the views from the terrace and rooftop are excellent. The only issue I had is that my bathtub leaked, and this caused a smell. The light from the hallway also shone through to the room all night, which made it a little harder to sleep

Not happy

The first room had a big damp area under the window and it smelled foul. I had to ask the reception to give me another room. I let the very next morning because the bathroom had mold and I am allergic to it. There was no customer service agent on duty so I couldn't get a refund for the rest of the days. I don't understand who gives this place great ratings. It looked like they haven't discovered that humanity has invented bathroom cleaning supplies. Very disappointed.

My wife and I arrived quite late. We were very tired after a long journey and the heat. At the reception we were told that there was no air conditioning in the room. There were no other rooms left. The regular fan was terribly noisy all night. It's good that we were tired and were able to fall asleep quickly. While taking a shower, the water spreads almost all over the bathroom, the foot towel is soaking wet. Plus, the tap did not close and water was constantly dripping. There is practically no light in the room. A small window with bars, looks more like a prison than an attractive room for visiting the city. There is no parking nearby either, the hotel is located in the private sector, so if you arrive by car, be prepared to walk.

Обслуживание на высшем уровне: вежливый и отзывчивый персонал всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Не могу не отметить вкусные завтраки, предлагаемые каждое утро. Благодаря гостинице TATO мое путешествие стало еще более приятным и комфортным. Буду рекомендовать это место всем своим друзьям и коллегам!

Lieber nicht buchen! Ich habe leider keine einzige Nacht durchgeschlafen weil Leute immer laut waren und Party gemacht habe. Das hotel hat sich nicht darum gekümmert gehabt es zu regeln und die Leute darauf hinzuweisen leide zu sein. Es war einfach jede einzelne Nacht, so das ich meinen Flug umbuchen musste um wenigstens im Flugzeug schlafen zu können eine Nacht. Das Zimmer ist komplett dreckig und es riecht nach Schimmel. Das bad war kaputt und voller Schimmel. Also Sauberkeit existiert im Zimmer leider gar nicht. Personal war in Ordnung. Das problem ist es auch dieses Hotel zu finden. Jeden Tag hat kein Taxi dieses Hotel gefunden weil immer ein anderes Hotel unter dieser Adresse angezeigt wird. Ansonsten war die Lage ganz gut, man benötigt 15-20 laufen um in der Altstadt zu sein.

Fiyatına göre ne iyi ne de kötü

Otel gerçektende görsellerden oda olarak biraz daha eskimiş halde ve banyolarda hep su sıcak akmıyor güzel bir zamanlama denk getirmeniz lazım ama daha da önemlisi bizim son günümüzde sular kesikti ve çok berbat bir durum yaşadık bu konuda… TV de sadece 5 tane kanal çekiyor düzenlenmemiş kullanımı baya zordu… Mahalle olarak pek de güzel bir mahallede değil bu arada gece rahat rahat yürüyerek otele gidemezsiniz diye düşünüyorum sadece tek bir tane turistik alana yakın geri kalanına 30-40 dk yürüme mesafesinde kalıyor ve yokuş çıkmanız gerekiyor otele dönmek için… Yani daha doğrusu otelde zaman geçirmemek için elimizden geleni yapmaya çalıştık :) Ama personel güler yüzlüydü ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar hep ama eldeki imkan malum sonuçta.

Evli çiftler için uygun değil, kalan profiller garip geldi bize. Ayrıca banyosu çok kötü kokuyor, yatak lekeli ve kırıktı. Sabaha karşı 4 gibi gidince mecburen kaldık ama ertesi gün hemen oteli değiştirdik. Normal'de 3 gece kalacaktı.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast provided in the morning was always delicious, everything was clean and well maintained and the wifi was very reliable. If i ever come back to tbilisi i would be sure to book the same hotel. The roof has one of the best views of tbilisi. Staff could speak english and russian fluently. Also an easy walk away from both old town and nearby grocery stores.
