This wee hotel is perfectly located on Tbilisi’s main avenue; the rooms are massive, and mine came with an ideal view of the Opera House; and the staff couldn’t be kinder!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Super central location. We could easily walk everywhere. The staff was also incredible. So warm and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location, easy to find, plenty of restaurants, shops etc nearby. Short walk to Liberty Square, spar right next door for groceries. There's an elevator for luggage. The local area felt very safe and plenty going on at all times. We were given a complementary upgrade to a room facing the street. The sound proofing kept the busy street noise out. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the Aircon was strong for both heating and cooling. Shower had good water pressure and was hot. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke good english. They let us stay an extra couple of hours in the room at no extra cost. WiFi wasn't the fastest but was stable and averaged between 10-20mbps. It was more than stable enough for me to do my remote work from. Honestly, we didn't expect much from a small hotel but it was great. Thanks for our stay!

I booked a room for 3 adults, we got one really uncomfortable bed, they didn't bring a solution and one of us broke our back, a stone fell on the balcony, good thing it didn't hurt any of us, the room was relatively large, clean and the location was excellent. Overall, not the best experience from the hotel

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Everything was impeccable: the hotel is very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and everything works perfectly. What really stands out, however, is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They provide excellent assistance with everything related to tourism and local information, and they are happy to help arrange any services you may need. The level of personal attention feels more like a five-star hotel with a dedicated concierge service. I would especially like to mention Melina, who was absolutely lovely, professional, and always available to help. She speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Her kindness and willingness to assist really made a difference. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and want them to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. P.S. I was specifically looking for a hotel with a good price and a good location, and I was honestly a little worried because there are so many places online that look one way in the pictures and turn out to be completely different in reality. That is why I think it is very important to read the reviews carefully. In this case, I can genuinely say that the positive review

Great value and a great hotel

The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old Tbilisi building but the hotel itself is renovated and fresh. In the summer Tbilisi gets extremely hot and I LOVED the strong AC. We stayed at a different more expensive hotel the day after and the AC could not cool our room at all. Everything was clean, the receptionist Sabina was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were super spacious and the balcony was nice to sit, watch people and enjoy the view. I would stay here again and highly recommend. My only constructive feedback is to have napkins in the room for the guests.
