“The hotel is amazing! It’s away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. It’s just a few minutes from town away by car (a Grab ride costs about USD 1.50). The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the reception and kitchen staff are some of the kindest and most attentive people you’ll meet. I 100% recommend this hotel! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the massage and spa services—they’re absolutely wonderful and highly recommended!”

“We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc). She helped us with laundry. She booked for us tours with local guides and transportation that cost significantly less than what you...

“The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .”

“No hot water during our stay. We showered with cold water for 3 days. Shower shares the toilet space/no separation. Mold on ceiling and spider webs on corner of curtains. Glass door does not seal tight when closed. It has an opening on the bottom as intended and I found ants in the room, on the bed. It is a decent homestay for the price we paid. Location is in Tam coc, down an alley, just a few minutes from main road. Breakfast was what we enjoyed most.”

“Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. ”
