room was clean and appropriate for people traveling with a dog. nothing to chew and the floors were tile. Place was clean and except for a couple of guests quiet. Bed was comfortable. Close to town and other attractions.

Staff was nice and place was clean-ish. Got a pet room for an extra $30, then they charged an additional $30 as a pet fee. Bed was on a metal frame and made noise all night. Overall okay place, but we won't stay there again.

The rooms have been renovated and updated and look nice. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Roxanne was extremely helpful and actually gave me freezer space to keep my medical cooler frozen! She is just super nice! They have everything you need and a decent continental breakfast. Very comfortable and welcoming. The one opportunity I see is to have a full length mirror in your rooms.

Very decent place to stay! The facility was clean and the staff was super great! I didn't use the hot tub-some kids had been in there earlier and there was a strange foam roiling atop the water later so it didn't appeal. The gym is a very tiny room with 2 bikes and a treadmill jammed into it, so I wouldn't count on that being super useful. There was no hair conditioner available, which seemed odd-I stopped packing it, so I was out of luck. The in-room hair dryer was by far the worst I've ever used. So ladies, pack your hair stuff! Some of the pillows were elderly and need replaced, but the mattress was ok. That said, my complaints are piddly in the big picture. The main stuff was on point - clean, friendly staff, decent free breakfast options, good location. I feel the value of the room was fair for the price amd and would stay again.

Good beds! 1st floor ceilings need a sound blocker from 2nd floor rooms. Room 119 hallway door needs to be realigned. There is at least a 1 inch big gap between the lock jam and door. Makes you wonder how secure the door lock is. Also you see hallway light coming around the door at night. The woman employee at the desk was very helpful. She showed us to our room to see if there was a grab bar in the tub, and there was.

Room was clean and comfortable, we had our dog with us. All the staff was amazing and accommodating. There was a problem with our refrigerator and they put a brand new one in our room in under 15mins!! Thank you!! Breakfast was great, the hot tub was clean and relaxing,the pool was warm. Would absolutely recommend,and definitely will be staying again!!! Thank you Bay Inn of Tawas.!!!
