Liked: Cleanliness
Room 1 was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The heater worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide extra blankets and electric blankets during the colder weather and to include tea towels for drying the dishes. Overall, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The room smells like curry. The floors were sticky. The bathroom mat was already wet. The toilet smells like urine. The shower had mold. The room door was difficult to lock and unlock. The door was so bad that we couldn't lock it over night which felt unsafe. Then in the morning the door lock fell to pieces.

Overall we were very impressed in the value for money , size of accommodation and modern feel to our apartment. Superficially the apartment was clean but when you look closer at windowsills cupboards and in microwave a lot more attention to detail was needed. But overall value for money we and the accommodation itself we were very pleasantly surprised and would return again.

Opened back our bed to a blood stained sheet. No proper door handle to go into the bathroom Have done a rough paint job inside where you can see all the buts that they missed. Cold tap made a dreadful noise when turned on...needed fixing. Wardrobe to hang up things had no pole to hang anything on. Never stayed in a place that was so rough. The picture online was lovely but was nothing like the place.
