Staff are lovely. Recommend requesting ground floor for accessibility or if travelling with children as there’s no elevator. Indoor pool/hot tub were great. Hotel is older but has free parking (small spaces/laneway but still fit our truck), washing machines/dryers (extra $), and well stocked full kitchen. Aircon in living room only and blackout curtains still let some light through (consider for baby naps, etc). Right on lake terrace and an easy 5min stroll into town. Would definitely stay here again, especially for Ironman.

Staff seemed nice. The room was tidy, but all the appliances seemed very dated, the aircon was old and dirty, microwave and dishwasher very old looking, as well as very old TVs, both bedrooms had a small tv which was nice, but only one remote between them. No daily service which was a shame, for me it's part of going away coming back to a cleaned room. Very little tea/coffee supplied, you can go to reception to get more, but Id perfer not to. Balcony was nice, but not at all private.
