Wonderful character about this property. Very friendly welcoming team of staff and fabulous views across the lake and to the snow-capped mountains. The hallways are mazes, you have to go thru many doors. We had to walk the length of football field to get to our door. No help with baggage. No amenities other than slippers. Parking is down a hill with a narrow walkway. Weird property. Stay was meh. It was quiet though.

Amazing place to stay. Great views and huge rooms with matching balconies. The pool and gym + sauna were well operated and stocked with towels etc. I ate in the restaurant and the food was really good, the staff on reception were warm and friendly and very quick for check in/check out
