Very comfortable Hotel, bed was comfy with nice linen and great towels in the bathroom and nice underfloor heating in the bathroom also. Food in the restaurant was delicious. And we had a nice view out towards the Lake.

The hallways are mazes, you have to go thru many doors. We had to walk the length of football field to get to our door. No help with baggage. No amenities other than slippers. Parking is down a hill with a narrow walkway. Weird property. Stay was meh. It was quiet though.

Wonderful character about this property. Very friendly welcoming team of staff and fabulous views across the lake and to the snow-capped mountains.
