We had a great stay. The service and staff were excellent. A few minor things like a fridge that was a bit too like a freezer and slightly saggy single beds (but they were plush and warm!), can be easily sorted. Great location, quiet area near the lake. Was great!

The room was sunny with a lovely view. It was supplied with all the necessary good quality consumables. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Much more pleasant than some of the tired old motels along the lakefront that so have previously tried.

Wonderful to stay back at Beechtree - it is a favourite over the years when staying in Taupo and never fails to bring relaxation in a handy to the town but quiet location. The staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable and sparkling clean. We totally recommend it to other travellers.

The room was very clean . Bed very comfy. I asked if in the studio that I booked there was a cooktop and the team moved me to a studio that it had one, so they upgraded me.
