“The property as a whole was in poor condition and was not clean. The food was not very nice. It appeared to be from a food service company, just thawed, cooked and served. It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided. “A beautiful little property situated perfectly being just over an hour for either the North or South of Devon. The property is very original and quaint. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was nice hearing about some of their history.”
