“Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.”

ADVANTAGES: new facilities, clean, iluminated and big room (we were 4 people and stayed at the top), breakfast included, kind staff, optional Jacuzzi and Sauna (additional fee) DISADVANTAGES: no one speak english at the hotel. 3km distance from nearest sky center (is ok if you drive a car, imposible to arrive there walking, just by car). Only cold breakfast: ham, cheese, bread, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and if you are lucky egg ;)”

“From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!”
